Emergence Tech Limited grew out of the experiences of its partners in a range of commercial and academic projects around new technology and science. Having worked for major telecoms organisations, universities and international organisations, we began to appreciate that new ideas, concepts, technologies or discoveries require more than technical excellence or scientific proof.

Emerging ideas also need to be effectively explained - whether it is convincing the public to buy them, convincing governments to pay for them or convincing specialists to contribute to them. In order to be sustainable, whether by entering the market or achieving public sector support, they must also be based on clear strategies and sound business models, as well as allowing for effective management and being aligned with national and global policies and priorities.

We formed ETL to provide this support to a wide range of groups and organisations, commercial and academic, scientific and creative, small scale and European or Global. Since 2006 we have worked with dozens of organisations and built up a network of experts in Europe and beyond to help us serve out clients. We divide our services broadly into communications & marketing and strategy & communication but work with each client to generate a plan that serves their needs.
